The company is family owned & the owners have a long association with the agricultural contracting industry in NZ, have supplied both grasslands, tillage & drilling equipment & components into the market for over 30 years.

Ground Gear is an independent importer and direct seller of grass raking equipment and hard metal consumables for cultivation & drilling. We work a little differently to other companies because we don't seek to provide a one size fits all solution and we are not constrained by local dealer arrangements or large inventories. This allows us the flexibility to adapt quickly to the changing circumstances of farming and work closely with our Overseas manufacturers in providing specific parts & component solutions for specific high acreage situations.
